CORLEGGY CHEESES are handmade by Silke Cropp from Raw Milk on the farm Corleggy outside Belturbet since 1985. The range of cheeses include Soft & Hard Goats, Sheep and Cows milk cheeses.
The cheeses have won numerous national and international awards and is now firmly established as one of Ireland's finest artisan raw milk cheeses.

Corleggy Cheeses can be found in all the best Delicatessens and Restaurants around Ireland and also on Belturbet Farmers Market on Friday afternoons.
